Representatives of the NGO met with Mr. JUNG WHAN YOUNG, president of the Advocates Union in south Gyeonggi of Korea and advocate. He was invited to the theoretical and practical conference“Advocates’ limitations of rights and duties and its activies” and made a speech at this conference.

We asked several questions Mr. JUNG WHAN YOUNG about the structure and organization of the Korean Advocates’ Union, form of activities, and state policy about advocacy etc. Then we introduced the draft of Lawyer’s legal status law of Mongolia him and exchanged out position about his law. In future our 2 organization shall cooperate.
