It also took part in drafting og the Law on Lawyers initiated by the President of Mongolia and its promulgation works to the public. This draft law is elaborated within the judicial reform program, and our organization participated in submitting and opinions to the draft, promulgating it to the public, organizing and taking part in the discussion thereof. The present draft is approved by the Parliament and Law Lawyers of Mongolia and will come into force in 2013.
